Spc Olympics and the new Van

Today was spc olympics and Erin got the gold. Yeah. She wore her medal all day and made sure that she hung on to it. She was so proud of herself.

We got a new van, very much needed.

International Day

We went to Erin's school, today, for International Day. It was a lot of fun. We sampled smoothies from the Bahamas, apple pie from the U.S., chocolate pudding from Switzerland, stir fry and fortune cookies from China, a pinata was there for Mexico, fuccacia(sp) bread from Italy, and cream puffs from France. Erin had a ball. She limboed, but wasn't thrilled with the pinata. Here are some pics.

I'll post more pics later, I keep getting an error message. Oh well.

Next week, is Special Olympics on Friday. Dan and I will start our vacation on Monday. I'll try to post pics from that day, too.

I feel the earth move

Wow, my husband has rocked my world before, but never has he woken me up from the dead of sleep. At about 4:30ish, this morning, we were woken by 5.2 earthquake. How wild. The kids slept right through it.
