Happy New Year!

Well, Christmas is over. What a relief, although, I kinda feel like I have a holiday hangover. The tree came down first thing yesterday morning and the lights, outside, are coming down tomorrow. The boy made out like a bandit, he was pleased as punch. We all enjoyed our presents, so that was cool.

Holly goes to the vet to get fixed tomorrow. We don't need no stinkin puppies! She went through heat and we had to put pull-ups on her, I don't want to deal with that mess again. Next month, it's the kittens turn, waaaaaaaaaaa haaaaaaa haaaaa.

I'll try to get some pics on here, Al got a dig camera, so he has been busy, scary.

Enjoy your new years. We are having spaghetti and meatballs.

Update on a post.

In Oct I posted about the little cafe, a few blocks from our house, catching on fire. Well, it turns out that the owner has been arrested for arsen. Can't say that is much of a surprise. Small town, people talk. Even before the fire, we were told that she was having money troubles. The night before the fire, I called over to place an order and they were closed. Hmmmmm, I guess that lady is not so smart.
Now, that would be a perfect place for a business. Especially in the summer. People have to pass it to get to the lake. Very busy road.
I hope everyone has a happy holiday. It's fast approaching. Yikes! I'm barely started. Oh well, I'm not worried, I have a plan. lol

Wow, what is this?

Well, I'm finally posting. Not a whole lot has been going on. Just getting ready for Christmas and working. Erin is sick today, so I'm taking a day off to take her to the doctor. Something has been going around at work, and people don't stay home when they are sick. Of course, when you call in, they make you feel like crap. The last thing you need when you are sick, is someone trying to make you feel guilty for not going to work, oh well, my kids come first. I switched to days last week, so I am home in the evenings. Erin wasn't adjusting well to me being gone at night.
That's it for now. We'll see if I can be better about updating, but don't count on it.
