The Name Game.

On a previous post, I stated about our last name being Curl and all the fun you can have with it. I loved Angels comment about what her hubby wanted to name their sun. I laughed my booty off, believe me, that's a lot. So, I got to thinking(dangerous, I know) about real names that just beg to be messed with.

My brother, Rob, and I worked with a girl who's last name was Clack, and she was preggers, brother dear kept telling her to name her kid Clickety. I did date a guy named Mike Hunt. I love the name Molly, but I just couldn't name Erin that because her last name is McCune, sounds a little too close to Molly McButter. Mom said that she was thisclose to naming my brother Will, George Michael. I personally thought that since celebs liked to name their offspring after fruit(paging Gwenith Paltrow and Apple) that it would be awesome if Brad and Angie-baby would name their little one Peach, then she could have been Peach Pitt. At work, they were talking about a real guy whose name was Harry Dicky. Mom knew someone who's last name was Hoff and she thought his first name should be Jack. I think Rob worked with someone whose name was Don Wand. And finally, a girl I went to school with named her kid Justin, too bad his last name is Case.
