Saturday Sillies.

Things got a little goofy here on Saturday afternoon. I came home from work and while I was talking to hubby, Erin decided to dump out her toy basket and put the basket on her head. She was giggling and carrying on. So cute. I got on the floor to talk to her and she put the basket on my head. Goofy girl.

Lisa, Larry, and Brittney were here today. It was nice. We had Swiss steak for supper and just visited.

Well, that's it. Holly is doing well. She is a cuddle bug. Lisa wants a puppy but Tater says no. Oh well, she'll just have to work on the big spud.

Holly.

This is the newest member of our zoo. Her name is Holly and she is 7wks old today. She has 4 bros and 3 sisters, but we only brought her home, it was a very tough choice, but we wanted a female. Her mom is an Australian Shepard/Border Collie mix and the dad was a black lab mix. The others need homes, so Uncle Bob, maybe you need a companion. I already put the idea in Aunt Lisa's head. Max and Timmy are doing really well with her. As crabby as Max is, he seems to know that she is here to stay and he seems fine with it. Of course, his Mommy hasn't been home to pay attention to the puppy yet. Mom is staying in Springfield tonight and will be home tomorrow. Holly keeps trying to get Timmy to play with her and then he'll bark and she'll back away. It's cute. Alex is in love with her and Erin keeps watching her. Cool beans. Here I am in the pic, Deana. I hate having my pic taken, but oh well.

Misc. Pics.

Well, Mom got a dig. camera, so we have been playing around with it. Here are some pics from St. Patricks Day, the nasty snow, and Daddy putting the princess to bed. We caught her getting all her toys out and ruined her fun. She is such a silly happy girl. I can't wait until we can have the windows open so we can paint her room.

Spring, my fat hiney!

We got snow on the first day of spring. I have pics, but they aren't working right now, and I don't feel like messing with it right now. So, I'll be back at a later date with the pics. The kids had a day off from school. I'm ready for warm weather, I want to plant flowers and paint and do stuff around the house. So, I'm over winter.

Happy St. Patrick's Day!

Here's some pics of our little Irish princess, Erin. These were taken after she got home from school. She looks like she did a litte too much celebrating. I made the hair ties and the green shirt was gotten just for Uncle Mike, we got it at Rural King and it's John Deer green from the John Deer brand. She also has a John Deer hankerchief but I thought that would be too much.lol.

I hope everyone enjoys their day, and you can bet your sweet cheeks that we will not be having corned beef and cabbage, only Dan and Erin would eat it. Yuck! I don't want to smell her all night. Dan has to work, so I'd be safe from him.

May the luck of the Irish be with you and even if you aren't Irish, celebrate anyway!

Update.

Well, the baby is still marinating. Now, since they stopped the labor, she will probably be overdue. Stubborn little thing. lol. This pic was taken on 3-12-06. If that baby drops anymore, she'll hit her momma's knees.

On another baby note. My oldest nephew and his girlfriend are also expecting. We're having a regular baby boom in this family. It's so weird that they are old enough to be parents. I was already a mommy twice by the time I was 22. So, good news all around. I'm a little jealous. I miss be pregnant and little babies around. But, I'll steal the new ones for a baby fix.

Baby Watch '06!

Well, we almost had our baby tonight, 6 weeks early. My nephew and his fiance spent most of the day at the hospital stopping her contractions. Jessica got sent home and hopefully will be resting. That baby wants out. We can't wait for her to get here, but we want her to marinate a little while longer.lol. Lisa, aka, Granny, has her bags packed and is ready to be there for the birth of her grandaughter. I wish I could go, but I have to take care of things on the home front, plus, they really don't need all the extra people. We'll go up a few weeks after she's here and they get settled into their routine. But that's all thats going on.

Night all.

The Day After.

The birthday/anniversary was very nice. We got to the big city, checked into our hotel and then went out to dinner. After dinner, we stopped by my brothers new house, finally got to see it. We went to the mall and spent maybe an hour there. It was crawling with kids and they were just everywhere. Then we went and played pool and met up with a friend of mine. After that, we went to get my birthday drink. They were out of apple pucker so I had Sex on the Beach. It was okay but it wasn't what I really wanted. Hubby didn't get to see me really drunk. I had a bit of a buzz, but all it did was make me tired. We walked back to our hotel got there about midnight and were asleep before 12:30. I must be getting old. It was a good night.
